Call Announcment (Voice Tag) options
There are three different choices under the Call Announcement (Voice Tag) option.
No Announce :
When you choose No Announce, nothing is played through the 9516CW speaker after the
first ring. No Announce is enabled by default.
To record a Call Announcement (Voice Tag) to a programmed memory
key:
1. Press the desired memory key.
2. Press “
3. Press
ß three times.
4. Lift the handset and press
§.
5. Record the announcement.
6. Press
ß twice.
7. Press
®.
Note: The Live dial pad option must be turned off to edit memory keys. If you have
adjusted your speaker volume, your Call Announcement (Voice Tag) will be played
through the speaker at the new volume. See Controlling the Speaker
Volume on page 11 for more information.
To enable No Announce:
1. Press the Set Options key.
2. Use
ª to scroll to number 15 or press ⁄fi to go directly to the item.
3. Press
• to change.
4. Press
£ for No Announce.
5. Press
