4-WAY CONFERENCING
INTERCOM/CALL TRANSFER FEATURE
Fourth person, at either the handset or the base, may be added to the conference call.
For example, to add a fourth party to an ongoing conference call at the base or another
handset, press on the fourth party’s handset (or on the base). To remove
either caller from your conversation, press on the party’s handset (or on the
base). The other parties will still be connected to the call.
Intercom and Call Transfer features are available for your phone.
Intercom
From handset to handset or to the base
1) Press /transfer/int’com in standby mode.
2) Select the base or the handset you want to talk with
from the selection list within 30 seconds. To select the
handset (or the base), press /vol/ or
/vol/ , and then press . If you select
All, all handsets and the base will be paged. An
intercom tone sounds.
3) On the receiving handset (or the base), to answer the call, press or
/transfer/int’com (or intercom or on the base). Or press any number
key, , or (when Any Key Answer is on), or pick up the handset
from the cradle (when AutoTalk is on).
4) To hang up the intercom call, press on either handset (or intercom on the base).
From the base to a handset
1) Press intercom on the base in standby mode.
2) Select the handset you want to talk with by pressing number key (1-4).
To page all the handsets press .
3) Follow the steps 3-4 under “From handset to handset or to the base.”

• If the party is busy
or out of range, the
handset returns to
standby mode.
• If any of the
following occurs
while selecting the
other handset (or the
base), the operation
will be canceled.

intercom call or page.

operation is canceled.
• Standby Mode - The
handset is not in use
and
has not been pressed.
