Editing an Internal Phone Book Entry
To make changes to an entry:
1. Display an Internal Phone Book entry.
2. Press the left softkey button (Edit).
3. Highlight the part of the entry you wish to edit, for example, Name,
Group, Ringer, etc., and press .
4. Add and/or edit the desired information and press .
5. Press the left softkey button (Done) or press to return to
standby mode.
Selecting a Ringer Type for an Entry
You can assign a ringer type to an Internal Phone Book entry so you can
identify the caller by the ringer type. (See “Ringer Types” on page 30.)
To select a ringer type for an entry:
1. Display an Internal Phone Book entry.
2. Press the left softkey button (Edit).
3. Highlight the current ring type and press .
4. Select a ringer menu by pressing the right softkey button (Actions)
and choosing
Default( ) for preprogrammed ringers or
Download( ) for downloaded ringers.
5. Use your navigation key to scroll through available ringers (when you
highlight a ringer type a sample ringer will sound). Highlight your
desired ringer and press .
6. Press the left softkey button (Done) to save the new ringer type.
