Adjusting the Phone’s Volume Settings
To adjust the ringer, key beep or earpiece volume:
1. From the main menu, select Settings().
2. Select Sounds().
3. Select Volume().
4. Select Ringer(), Earpiece (), Key Beep (),or
Power On/Off ().
5. Using the the navigation key, choose a volume level and press .
Tip: You can adjust the ringer volume in standby mode or the earpiece
volume during a call by using the volume keys on the side of your phone.
Alert Notification
To enable or disable alert sounds:
1. From the main menu, select Settings().
2. Select Sounds().
3. Select Alerts().
4. Select Service Change, Minute Beep,or Call Connect and press .
5. Select Onor Offand press .
Silence All
There may be times when you need to silence your phone entirely. The
phone’s Silence All option allows you to mute all sounds without turning
your phone off.
To activate Silence All:

Press and hold the volume down key in standby mode. The screen will
display “Silence All.”
To deactivate Silence All:
ᮣ
Press the volume up key and select a desired volume level.
