Using the Fingerprint Reader
Set the Maximum Number of Attempts

CAUTION: It is important to consider the maximum number of
attempts. If you unsuccessfully enter your PIN, password, or
fingerprint the maximum number of attempts, you will lose all data
and programs in the RAM and your iPAQ Pocket PC will be returned
to an as-shipped configuration.
1. From the Start menu, tap Settings, and then Password.
2. When using a PIN or password, tap Options, and then Max
Logon Attemps.
