IPPARM_OPERATING_MODE Type: int
Size: sizeof(int)
Sets the method used to transition to/ from
T.38 fax mode in 1PCC mode; also
enables/disables access to SIP re-INVITE
messages in both 1PCC and 3PCC
modes. Possible values are:
• IP_T38_AUTOMATIC_MODE –
Default mode. A request to transition to
or from T.38 fax gateway mode is
handled automatically without
application involvement. This mode
disables application handling of SIP re-
INVITE messages.
• IP_T38_MANUAL_MODE –
A request to transition to or from T.38
fax server mode is reported as a
GCEV_EXTENSION event with an
IPSET_SWITCH_CODEC parameter.
This mode must be set to enable
application handling of SIP re-INVITE
messages.
