A GCEV_SIP_200_OK event
is not sent to the application
when a 200 OK is received
on an OPTIONS transaction.
SIP OPTIONS transactions
do not receive an ACK.
In third party call control mode, SDP is included
in the parameter block and attached to the meta-event as
IPSET_SDP/IPPARM_OPTIONS_ANSWER.
Note:
There is no offer/answer protocol
enforcement in OPTIONS transactions.
