Rechargeable Battery Pack (BT-9100)
This Operating Guide (read thoroughly)
Nickel-Cadmium Battery Disposal Notice
Memory Storage Stickers
If any of these items are missing or damaged, do not contact the place of
purchase. Instead, contact Uniden Customer Service at: (800) 297-1023 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m., Central, Monday through Friday.

model number, registration number, and ringer equivalence number. This
information is provided on a label located on the bottom of the Base Unit.
