To Adjust Ringer Volume:
1. Slide the Ringer Volume
Control (RNG) switch on the
front underside of your
telephone to the right to raise
ringing volume or to the left to
lower ringing volume.
To Adjust Speaker Volume:
1. Slide the Speaker Volume
Control (VOL) switch on the
front underside of your
telephone to the right to raise
speaker volume or to the left to
lower speaker volume.
This adjustment can be made either when your telephone is ringing or in
an idle state.
If a call arrives while this adjustment is being made, the call will ring your
station and will ring in accordance to your up/down adjustments. The call
will ring in the ringing pattern associated with the call type (recall, station
call, or trunk call).
This adjustment can be made when the speaker is either activated or
deactivated.
