To place a call using voice dialing:
1. Press and hold
, or open the phone, depending on
the setting. The phone prompts you to say the name.
Wait for the beep.
2. After the beep, say the name into the phone. Say the
name as much like your original recording as possible.
♦ The phone places the call if it recognizes the name.
♦ If the phone does not recognize the name, it prompts for
the name again.
♦ If the phone is unable to recognize the name after two
attempts, the following message displays: “Cannot
recognize name. Please check name.”. The phone also
says “cannot recognize name.”. Then the phone returns
to Standby mode and you can try the call again later.

To review voice dialing entries:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Voice Dial.
3. Press for Review. A list of entries displays.
♦ Press the digit key to select the desired entry, or
♦ press the scroll keys to select an entry and press .
4. The recorded name plays, and if you do nothing, your
entire voice dial list is scrolled and each entry played.
When the last entry is played, the phone returns to
Standby mode.
5. While listening, you can press to return to the Voice
Dial menu or to return to Standby mode.
