The keys on your phone beep when they are pressed. The
volume of the beeps can be easily set to one of eight levels. If
you don’t want the keys to beep at all, you can turn them off.
To set the key beep volume:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Sounds.
3. Press for Key Volume.
4.Repeatedly press the volume keys or
scroll keys to adjust to one of eight
levels. You’ll see a graphical indication as
you change it and you will hear the actual beep and how
loud it will be. The illustration shows all eight bars (the
loudest setting). No bars indicates the key beeps are
turned off.
5. When the desired volume level sounds, press to
save the setting or do nothing and your phone will
automatically save it.
