Your Samsung Phone has an alarm clock inside of it. In
addition to functioning as a normal alarm clock, the alarm
can also be used to remind you to call a certain person or
phone number. Keep in mind that if your phone is off at the
alarm set time, the alarm will not sound.
Note:
Analog service areas can cause problems with your
clock which can cause problems with your alarm. When you
are in an analog service area and you want the alarm to work,
make sure that the time is properly set. The time should
appear on your display; if it does not, then see “Setting the
Time” on page 32.

The alarm can be set to go off daily or one time.
To set the alarm:
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press for Sounds.
3. Press for Alarm.
4. Press for Set.
5. Use the scroll keys to select “Daily” or “One Time” and
press .
6. For a “One Time” alarm, enter the time date and time by
pressing the digit keys; for a “Daily” alarm you must only
enter the amount of time until the alarm sounds. To
correct a digit entered incorrectly, press to go back,
and then enter the correct digit.
7. Press to save the setting. The phone returns to
Standby mode with “Alarm On” in the display.
