A few minutes before a meeting is scheduled to start, a Join button will
appear next to the meeting in the list.
2 Touch
Join to join the meeting.
3 To view details about a particular meeting, touch Info next to the
meeting in the list.
The details of the meeting appear.

Depending on how your system administrator has configured the calendar
features, you may receive meeting reminder messages on your Polycom Touch
Control.
