Problem
The paged handset does not
answer.
You cannot program items,
such as the dialling mode.
While using the intercom
between handsets,
a call waiting tone sounds.
(Redial/Pause) does not
function properly.
The unit misdials when
connected to a PBX.
Remedy
The paged handset is not in the same
radio area.
The paged handset is engaged in an
outside call.
The handset number has been cancelled
or the handset has not been registered.
Register the handset in the base unit
(p. 48, 66).
Programming is not available while the
unit is in the talk or intercom mode.
A call has been received. To answer the
call, first end the intercom, then press
(Talk).
The button has a double function as
either redial or pause. It will redial the last
number dialled if pressed at the outset of
a call (p. 21, 22).
If another number has been dialled first, it
will operate as a pause button (p. 29).
Check the pause function (p. 29).
