Call Forwarding to a Mailbox
You must use the Call Forwarding procedure for your phone system.
Enter the NVM-Series extension number for the forwarding destina-
tion. Please note that Call Forwarding to a Mailbox may not be avail-
able in your phone system.
Transfer to a Mailbox
1. Hold call or press Transfer key.
2. Dial NVM-Series extension.
3. If you hear the company greeting, dial #,
❋, extension and release call.
OR
If you hear: Please enter your security
code, dial ❋, ❋, extension and release call.
■ In NVM-2004 Release 5.0 and earlier,
dial 9 before ❋, ❋.
OR
If you hear: Please enter your mailbox
number, dial ❋, then extension and
release call.
