Basic emergency sequence
Carer and User
speak ‘handsfree’
via the loudspeaker.
The Carer can clear the call and
make an emergency call or further
call, such as 999, at any time - even
if the User has not ended the call.
The Carer
must enter the
555 emergency
code to speak
to the User
and stop the
emergency
sequence
To amplify the Users voice via the loudspeaker
To mute the User’s voice and amplify the Carer’s voice,
if background noise is interfering with the call.

flash and beep and the User hears
the message “Don’t worry, we are
trying to contact help.”
