Press and hold the ANS
ON/OFF button your Decor
500 will announce, “Please
select outgoing message”.
To select Answer only:
Press the SKIP

button.
Your selected outgoing
message will be announced.
Your Decor 500 will then invite
you to record your outgoing
message.
You can choose to record your
own outgoing message or just
leave your Decor 500 set to its
pre-recorded outgoing
message.
To record your own Answer
Only outgoing message:
Press and hold down the
SKIP
ᮣ
button.
Your Decor 500 will announce,
‘Please speak after the tone. To
end recording, release the button’.
To delete your own outgoing
message and re-instate the
pre-recorded message
Press and hold the ANS
ON/OFF button. Your Decor
500 will announce, ‘Please select
outgoing message’.
To select Answer and Record:
Press the

SKIP button.
To select Answer Only:
Press the SKIP

button.
While the outgoing message
is being played back, press the
DEL button. You will hear a
beep and then the pre-
recorded outgoing message
will be played back to you.

15-30 cm from the microphone.
The message light will flash
during recording.
Release the SKIP
