Placing a Call on Hold
You can place a call on hold for 5 minutes. When 5 minutes has passed, the call is
disconnected, and the phone returns to standby mode.
1) During a call, press intcom/hold on the handset or
intcom on the base. The call will be put on hold.
If you leave a call on hold for more than 10 seconds, the
display screen will read,
Hold
on the handset display and
Line on Hold
on the base display.
2) To talk to the caller, press talk/flash or on a handset or on the base. The
phone will return back to the call.
