Transferring a Call
You can transfer a call from one station to another.
From the base From the handset
During a call, press
[int’com].
The call will automatically be placed on hold, and
a paging tone sounds on all stations. To cancel
the transfer, press
[speaker].
When another station accepts the transferred
call, you will be disconnected. If you want to
rejoin the call, press
[speaker] again.

[xfer/intercom].
Use
[ ] or [ ] to select the station you want
to transfer the call to, then press
[select/ ]. The
call will automatically be placed on hold, and a
paging tone sounds. To cancel the transfer, press
[ /ash] or [ ].

Answering a Transferred Call
When a station receives a call transfer, it sounds a paging tone; handsets also show the ID of the station that is
paging. To accept the call transfer:
To answer the page and speak to the transferring station, press
[ /ash] or [xfer/intercom] on the handset.
On the base, press
[speaker] or [int’com].
To accept the call and speak to the caller, press
[ /ash] on the handset or [ ] on the base.
When you accept the transferred call, the transferring station will be disconnected.
Only the rst station to answer the transfer page will be connected to the call. If the transfer page is not picked up
within one minute, the operation will be canceled.
