Programming System Speed-Dial numbers

From your Feature Phone
select the Directory Key

-Personal Speed Dial
-System Speed Dial
-Personal Entries
Scroll and Select
[System Entries] and
Enter the Speed-Dial
Password (1111 default)
--DIRECTORIES--
-System Entries
-System Service
-System Sales
Enter the Speed-Dial number index
to modify an existing entry or a new
index to create a new entry
Enter SPD Index 001-500
- Exit
Enter Number
-Pause Delete-
Enter the number and press
“Confirm”
Enter the name and press “Confirm”
-Confirm
-Change Exit-
Select Group
Select the outgoing group (normally
the first group)

Note: When you use a number in
the system Speed-Dial list the call is
placed on a free line in the first
outgoing group (Access digit 0). In
some cases you may want to use
specific lines to be used for
particular numbers and in this case
you can select a different group for
the number.
