Assigning Voice Mail extensions
Note: To utilize the Voice Mail features on the Mitel 3000, you must purchase and install the
optional Voice Mail module.
Instruction Action Menu Display
From the System Programming
sub menu select [Extensions]
Select Option
- System
- Extensions
- Lines
Scroll down and select
[Voice Mail Boxes]
Select Option
- System Speed No Override
- Voice Mail Boxes
- Extension Disconnect
Scroll
Select Option
- Standard Voice Box
Select the type of voice mailbox
- Information only VB
- Exit
Select the extensions which are to
be assigned individual Voice
Mailboxes
Select Extension
