Front Panel Operation MT8850A / MT8852A Bluetooth Test Set
Power-On Procedure
With the MT8850A/MT8852A Bluetooth Test Set connected to the power supply, press the
On/Standby switch.
The MT8850A/MT8852A performs a brief power-on self test (POST). After the POST, the
instrument displays the Script menu or the single test screen that was active when it was
powered down. If a POST error occurs, information and available options will be displayed
on the screen.
During the power-on self test, only failures and warnings will be displayed on the front
panel. If all the tests pass successfully, no self-test information is displayed.
The tests are performed during the power-on self-test, and also when the GPIB *TST?
Command is sent.

When this key is pressed the chosen script or test will run once.
When this key is pressed the chosen script or test will run the number
of times defined in the Script setup procedure. When the key is
pressed again while the tests are running, the tests will stop.
When the script key is pressed, you can select and edit the various
parameters of the script. The script menu would normally be displayed
at power up, unless the instrument was in Single test mode when it
was switched off.
