Accepting the call transfer
1) During a call, press on the base. The Call will be put on
hold.
2) Use to select the handset you want to transfer the call to,
and then press the soft key. If you select , all handsets will be paged. A
paging tone sounds. To cancel the transfer, press , or
the soft key on the base.
When the page tone sounds, the display will show the ID of the handset or base
that is transferring the call.
1) Pick up the handset from the cradle. (If AutoTalk is enabled, the handset will
automatically answer when you pick it up. Or If Any Key Answer is enabled,
pressing a number key, will answer the page.)
2) Press or .
Pick up the corded base handset. To answer with the base speakerphone, press
, ,or the soft key.
After answering the page, if you want to accept the call and speak to the outside
caller, press on the receiving handset or on the base.
