button to store your setting.
Entering a name
NAME
Via the “
NAME
” menu, you can enter a freely selectable name for the trans-
mitter or receiver. This name is briefly shown on the display panel after
switch-on.
The name can consist of up to six characters such as:
y
letters (without pronounciation marks),
y
numbers from 0 to 9,
y
special characters e.g. () - . _ and spaces.
To enter a name, proceed as follows:
After you have entered into the setting mode of the menu, the first seg-
ment starts flashing on the display.

Use the

/
̄
rocker button (UP/DOWN) to select a character. By briefly
pressing the button, the display jumps either forwards or backwards to
the next character. If you hold down the button, the display starts cyc-
ling continuously.

Press the
SET
button to change to the next segment.

After you have entered the name completely press the
SET
button to
store your setting and to return to the top menu level.
Resetting the unit to the factory-preset default settings
RESET
Via the “
RESET
” menu, you can reset the unit to the factory-preset default
settings. In order to prevent an accidental reset, a safety query appears on
the display. You can select “NO” or “OK”.
y
“NO”: If you select “NO” and confirm your selection by pressing the
SET
button, the reset of the unit is cancelled and you return to
the configuration menu.
y
“OK”: If you select “OK” and confirm your selection by pressing the
SET
button, the unit is reset to the factory-preset default set-
tings. After the reset, the unit is restarted and “SETUP”
appears on the display.
