Listening to Messages
Press (MESSAGE!PLAYBACK).
•The unit announces the number
of new messages, and plays
back the new messages.
•If old messages exist with new
messages, only new messages
will be played back.
•When you have no new
messages, the unit announces
“No new messages. All message
playback”, and plays back all
messages.
You can see the total number of recorded messages on the base unit
display. If ANSWER ON indicator flashes, new messages have been
recorded.

•At the end of the last message, “End of final message” is heard. The unit will
announce the remaining recording time if it is less than 5 minutes.
•When the Answering System has no messages, the unit announces “No
messages”.
To play back messages
To adjust the speaker volume:
9 levels (0–8) are available during playback.
To increase the volume, press VOLUME .
To decrease, press VOLUME .
