Listening to messages
using the base unit
When new messages have been
recorded, {6} on the base unit flashes.
Press {6}.
L If new messages have been recorded,
the base unit plays back new
messages.
L If there are no new messages, the
base unit plays back all messages.
Note:
L When the answer on indicator on the
base unit flashes rapidly, the message
memory is full (“Memory capacity”,
page 30).
Operating the answering
system
*1 If pressed within the first 5 seconds of
a message, the previous message is
played.
Erasing all messages
Press {4} 2 times while the unit is not in
use.
Listening to messages
using the handset
When new messages have been
recorded, u is displayed on the
handset with the total number of new
messages.

3 {V}/{^}: Select Play New Msg.

4 When finished, press {ih}.
Note:
L To switch to the receiver, press {C}.
