Push to talk (PTT) (only applicable
for models with multiple handsets)
Youcandirectlybroadcastmessagestothe
speakerphoneofanyregisteredhandsetinthe
system.
To initiate a PTT
1. PressthePTTbuttonontherightsideofthe
handset.
• If your telephone system has only two
handsetsregistered,thebroadcastwillbe
automatically directed to the other system
handset.
• If your telephone system has more than two
handset.Press[
]/[
] to select the handset
youwanttobroadcastthemessage,orselect
ALLtobroadcasttoallhandsetsandthen
press[
].
2. PRESSANDHOLD(PTT)TOTALKshows
on the screen when the connection is set
betweentheinitiatinghandsetandthe
destination handset.
3.Pressandholdthe(PTT)buttononeither
handsettostartthebroadcast.
Note:
Connectionsetbetweenhandsetslastsfor30
minutesafteritisestablished,or30minutesafter
thelastbroadcast.Youwillneedtoperformthe
aboveoperationagainifyouwanttoinitiateaPTT
toanothersystemhandsetorafterthe30-minute
time out.
