Answering Call Coverage Keys

In these instructions:

To answer a call ringing or ashing a Call Coverage key:
1.
Press the ashing Call Coverage key.
Using Call Coverage Keys to Place Calls

In these instructions:

To place a call from an idle Call Coverage key to the covered extension:
1.
Press the Call Coverage key.
You hear two beeps or Intercom ringing.
2.
Speak with the co-worker at the covered extension.
The Call Coverage key lights green while you are connected.
Using Call Coverage Keys to Transfer Calls

In these instructions:

To Transfer your call using a Call Coverage key:
1.
Do not hang up.
2.
Press TRANSFER.
3.
Press your Call Coverage key.
4.
Do one of the following.
a.
Announce the call to make a Screened Transfer.
Hang up if your co-worker accepts the call.
b.
Hang up to send the call through as an Unscreened Transfer.
c.
Press the ashing line key to return to the call if your co-worker doesn’t want it.
5.
When you Transfer a call, it will recall to you if it is unanswered at the destination. If you don’t answer the recall, it
diverts to Key Ring.

SPEAKER to exit.
Call Coverage keys ash as follows:
- Lamp only = On red
- Immediate ring = On green
- Delay ring = Fast ash green.
