Using e-mail integration
If your system includes e-mail integra-
tion, you can hear and respond to your
e-mail messages by phone.
With e-mail integration, when you
check voice and fax messages by
phone, you hear the number of new
e-mail messages you have received.
With text-to-speech technology, the
system reads the text portion of your
e-mail messages and plays any
attached .Wav files. You can also have
the system fax your e-mail messages
to any fax machine.
Depending on how your system is set
up, you can check your voice and fax
messages through your e-mail inbox.
If your voice and fax messages are
delivered to your e-mail inbox, the mes-
sages are deleted from your voice mail-
box to avoid duplication.
