Access the Mailbox Manager (see
inside front cover).
2 Click “Transfer/Screening.”
3 In the “Transfer incoming calls to”
group, select “This number.” Type
the phone number or extension,
then click “Save.”
To turn call transfer on or off
by phone

Access your mailbox by phone (see
inside front cover).
2 Press 7 6 4 to turn call transfer on or
off.
3 Follow the system instructions. Press
1 for Yes, 2 for No.
