To remove the USIM/SIM card
1. Remove the battery if it is installed.
2. Push the USIM/SIM card in to unlock the SIM card holder.
3. Flip the SIM card up, and then remove the SIM card.
To install the battery
Install the battery by aligning its exposed copper contacts with the battery
connectors inside the battery compartment. Insert the contact’s side of the
battery first, then gently push the battery into place. Make sure that you
leave the black strip extended to make it easy for you to remove the battery.

After you have inserted the battery, replace the back cover.
To remove the battery
1. Make sure your device is turned off.
2. Slide the back cover off.
3. Remove the battery by lifting the black strip.
