Procedure
Step 1 From the User Options Menu window in the Cisco IP Phone User Options
application, choose a device to configure, such as your primary phone.
Step 2 Click the Configure your Cisco Personal Address Book link.
The Find and List Personal Address Book Entries window displays.
Step 3 Click the Fast Dials link.
Step 4 Check the checkboxes next to the entries that you want to remove. To choose the
displayed entries, select the checkbox in the title bar above the fast dials list.
Step 5 Click the Delete button.
A confirmation dialog box displays.
Step 6 To unassign the chosen entries, click OK.

Use the following procedure to create a Personal Fast Dials entry for a number in
your Personal Address Book. For information on creating an entry for a directory
number that is not in your address book, see the

page 5-17.
