Answering an external call during an “Intercom” call
• During an intercom call, when there is an incoming external call, press softkey Answer on the handset and the
intercom call will end automatically.
• To end the intercom call without answering the incoming call, press OFF on the handset.
Call waiting for External Calls
• If you have call waiting service, there will be a tone if there is an incoming call during a telephone conversation.
Press the key or softkey Answer to answer the new incoming call.
