Using the Flash Button
Use the
ffllaasshh
button for accessing services such as Call Waiting. (You must subscribe
to Call Waiting service from your phone company to use this feature.)
If you receive a call during your conversation, press the
ffllaasshh
button on the
handset or base. Press the
ffllaasshh
button again to return to the previous call.
Selecting a Different Channel
If you encounter interference while using your phone, you can manually change
the phone´s channel for clear operation. Interference can come from appliances
or other phones in your home. This function works only when the phone is in use.
The
cchhaannnneell
button on the handset allows you to choose
between 35 factory set channels. During the course of a
conversation, if you hear static or noise which makes it
difficult to hear, press
cchhaannnneell
. The
ttaallkk//bbaatttt
LED flashes,
indicating the phone is changing to another channel.
