Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)
Your DKT2001 telephone must be programmed for ACD in order for ACD features to work. If you
are an ACD agent or supervisor, please refer to the Strata CT ACD Agent and ACD Supervisors
Guide(s) for detailed feature instruction.
