To answer an incoming call using speakerphone
Speed Dial
Speed Dial enables you to call a telephone number with a brief access code. There are
two types of Speed Dial numbers:
Station assigned by individual station users to their own station and can only be
dialed from the station that assigns it.
System only assigned from attendant consoles or a designated station (typically
the System Administrators station), and can be used by other stations. (See
System Administrator User Guide for storing instructions.)
Important! If you do not perform the following procedures within a specified time
(set in system programming for either one or three minutes) when
storing speed dial numbers, the operation times out and your telephone
returns to idle mode.
3. Speak in a normal
voice level toward the
telephone.
Note Your 0LF button must be set to be ON at the
start of a call in system programming. If not,
you must press the
0LF button before talking.
4. Press
6SNU to
disconnect the call.
1. With the handset on-
hook, press the
/LQH
or [DN] with the
flashing LED.
The Line or [DN] LED flashes green (in-use) and you
are connected to the call.
2. Speak at a normal
voice level toward the
telephone.
3. Press
6SNU to
disconnect the call.
