Automatic Callback (ACB)
After reaching a busy/DND station, you can set ACB to have the system call you back
when the called station becomes available. You can also set ACB to place you in a
queue for an available CO line, if you reach a line group in which all lines are busy.
To set ACB
1. After reaching either
a busy/DND station
or CO line, press
$XWR&DOOEDFN
...or
.
You hear busy tone, followed
by dial tone (two secs.), then
busy tone.
When you set ACB at a busy
station, its number (
210)
displays.
When you set ACB at a busy
line group, its access code
number (
801) is displayed.
2. Hang up
...or press
6SNU.
You can make other calls while waiting for the called
station/line to become available.
3. Your telephone rings
at a fast rate when the
called station or CO
line becomes idle.
For busy/DND station: the
[DN] LED flashes green
(incoming call). The station
number you called (
210)
displays.
For busy CO line: the [DN]
LED from which you
attempted to first access the
line flashes red (incoming call
rate). The seized lines
number (
3) displays.
