Select the Greeting
User can select what type of message greeting to be used for outgoing announcement.
1. Press the MENU softkey while in standby mode.
2. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scrolls up or down to Voicemail.
3. Press the SELECT softkey.
4. Use the VOL (+ or - ) buttons to scrolls up or down to Greeting.
5. Press the SELECT softkey.
6. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Select Greeting.
7. Press the SELECT softkey.
8. There are three types message: Name, Extension and Custom.
(NOTE : If the there is no Name or Custom message record, it cannot be selected).
3. Press the SELECT softkey.
4. Use the VOL (+ or - ) buttons to scrolls up or down to Set Voice Prompt MSG.
5. Press the SELECT softkey.
6. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Select the voice prompt.
7. Press the SELECT softkey.
8. There are two types message: English or Francais.
Pickup Delay
This sets the number of rings before the voicemail system picks up the call.
1. Press the Menu softkey while in standby mode.
2. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Voicemail.
3. Press the Select softkey.
4. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to PICKUP DELAY.
5. Press the Select softkey.
6. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to select from Immediate or 1 ring to 9
rings and Toll saver. The default is 5 rings.
7. Press the Select softkey to save.
Message Length
This sets the maximum recording time for the caller to leave a message when the answer-
ing function is on.
1. Press the Menu softkey while in standby mode.
2. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Voicemail.
3. Press the Select softkey.
4. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to MESSAGE LENGTH.
5. Press the Select softkey.
