Quality of Service <qos/>
These new configuration attributes are defined as follows:
This parameter apply to Video RTP packets. This parameter controls the
802.1p/Q user_priority field.
These parameters apply to RTP packets. These parameters control the
“type of service” field in outgoing packets.

qos.ip.rtp.video.min_delay 0, 1 1 If set to 1, set min-delay bit in the IP
TOS field of the IP header, or else
don’t set it.
qos.ip.rtp.video.max_throughput 0, 1 1 If set to 1, set max-throughput bit in
the IP TOS field of the IP header, or
else don’t set it.
qos.ip.rtp.video.max_reliability 0, 1 0 If set to 1, set max-reliability bit in
the IP TOS field of the IP header, or
else don’t set it.
qos.ip.rtp.video.min_cost 0, 1 0 If set to 1, set min-cost bit in the IP
TOS field of the IP header, or else
don’t set it.
qos.ip.rtp.video.precedence 0-7 5 If set to 1, set precedence bits in the
IP TOS field of the IP header, or
else don’t set them.
