Problem Cause & Remedy
When you try to download
the data from openLCR, the
voice prompt is not
announced from the handset
while “Listen & follow
phone guidance.” is being
displayed.
• C he ck th e se tti n gs (p. 9– 11).
• Dialing to openLCR may have been
disconnected. Try again (p. 64).
• If you cannot solve a prob lem, consult
openLCR (see below).
