8. Select &-to extension (next level).

9. Make the following entries, then click Apply.
Type an Item Name, if desired (i.e. CALL SALES).
Select Call.-Ext/Workgroup from the Actions dropdown list.
Select the Extension/Workgroup from dropdown list.
