PAGE button. When you hear a
beep release the PAGE button.
The display will show

Your handset is automatically
assigned the next available
handset number. For example
your Quartet 3500 handset is
already registered as Handset1
so if this is your first additional
handset it will become
Handset 2, if it is your second it
will show Handset 3 and so on.
The handset will then show the
standby screen:
