VIEWING THE CALLER ID MESSAGE LIST
The Caller ID list stores information for up to 50 incoming calls even unanswered calls.
1 Press .
The summary screen appears.
The screen shows the number of new messages and total messages.
2 Press to display the latest caller ID message.
3 Press to see the next message. Or press to see previous message.
4 Press to return to standby.
DELETING INFORMATION FROM THE CALLER ID LIST
The TRU 248 stores up to 50 messages. If the phone receives the 51st message, the oldest one in the list
is automatically deleted. Caller ID data can also be deleted manually.
Deleting a Caller ID message
1 Press . Display the message to be deleted from the Caller ID list
by pressing or .
2 Press .
3 Press or to select “
Yes” or “No”.
4 Press or .
