* FDN (Floating Directory Number):
Virtual extension number assigned to a group of extensions, such as an Incoming group, to make
it appear as a real extension.
A call can only be forwarded to one target group. For example, Group A's call is forwarded
to Group B. Group B's call is forwarded to Group C. A call to Group A is forwarded to Group
B, but the call would not be forwarded directly to Group C from Group A.
While setting, you can temporarily cancel this feature by pressing the Group FWD button.
Pressing Group FWD button alternates between setting and cancelling the mode.
The Group FWD button light shows the current status as follows:
