Transfer
Communicating with the supervision function
. When the supervised extension is idle, the icon associated
with the key will be extinguished.
. When the line of the supervised extension is busy, the icon
associated with the key will be illuminated.
. When a call arrives on the supervised extension, the icon
associated with the programmed key will flash and, depending
on the programming, an audible signal will sound on your set.
Suppose the supervised extension receives a call and you want
to intercept the call.
- Press the programmed key.
You can hold a conversation with the call initiator.
The icon associated with the programmed key will extinguish.

You have programmed the supervision function for one extension on a programmable key.
On your set, the status of the icon associated with the key programmed for supervision will
vary depending on the status of the extension supervised.

10 - Select the signaling mode (such as beep signaling,
for example).
You will have a choice between signaling by means of a repeated
beep (rep. beep), or ring tone, or no signaling (mute).
Note:
. A customizable key must be programmed for each post
supervised.
. A given extension may be supervised by several
other extensions.

Suppose you are in communication with a correspondent and
want to transfer the said correspondent to the supervised
extension.
- Press the programmed key and then press the Transfer
interactive key.
The icon associated with the programmed key will illuminate.
