The multikey function

A multikey-programmed set has one single directory number, but has customized keys
allowing it to handle several calls in parallel. This means you can answer incoming calls
as and when the calls arrive, and can view calls that have been placed on hold.
Note: you must program one customized key for each call you want to be able to accommodate
simultaneously. For example, to deal with three calls at the same time, program the multikey
function on three keys.
The multikey function
1 - Press the key.
The display shows " PROGRAMMING".
2 - Press the key.
The display shows "WHAT DO YOU WANT TO PROGRAM?"
3 - Press the Key interactive key.
The display prompts you to select the desired programmable key.
4 - Press a programmable key.
The icon associated with this key illuminates steadily, and the
display shows the programming status of the said key.
5 - Press the Modify interactive key.
The display shows the message "WHAT DO YOU WANT
TO PROGRAM?"
6 - Press the Superv. interactive key.
The display shows the message "WHAT DO YOU WANT
TO SUPERVISE?"
7 - Press the Extens. interactive key.
The display prompts you to supervise your extension
or another extension.
8 - Press the Yes interactive key to supervise your own extension.
The display shows the number of keys already programmed
for the purpose.
