DCNT V1.1 SP2 contains:
• Remote Cluster Administrator that provides remote cluster management functions enabling the user

• Supports IIS 4.0 and Netscape SuiteSpot 3.0
• Enhances SQL configuration and deployment
• Fixes SQL bugs including:
Vstart uniqueness
Lstart duplicate
Inconsistent fallback tables
Binary sort order
Fallback table integrity

Upgrading from DCNT v1.0 to v1.1 SP2
This configuration guide is designed to assist the reader with new NT cluster purchases. For existing
DCNT v1.0 users, an upgrade software package is available using part number QB-53V9B-MA, which
includes:
• Media
• Documentation
• Upgrade licenses for two servers
• Readme first document
Note: QB-53V9B-MA also requires the purchase of a DCNT v1.1 software, obtained through a
DIGITAL Server Cluster Kit (FR-CK450-RP/RR only). Otherwise, you must order it separately
using part number QB-53V9A-SA.
