phone comes with two recall duration values. If the recall or flash function is not working, switch to the other. To
change the recall duration:
1. Press MENU.
2. Select ADVANCED SET and press OK.
3. Select RECALL TIME or FLASH TIME and press OK.
4. Select your preferred recall duration and press OK.
Dial Mode
Your phone is set to tone dialling. You can switch to pulse dialling if necessary.
1. Press MENU.
2. Select ADVANCED SET and press OK.
3. Select DIAL MODE and press OK.
4. Select TONE or PULSE and press OK.
If the dialling mode is set to pulse, you can set it for temporary tone dialling by pressing and holding after
you have seized the line. The phone displays a D. All the subsequent digits are dialled as tones until you hang
up.
Pause
You may need to enter a pause between digits in a phone number. For example, some systems require a pause
after you dial a code to secure an outside line. You enter the pause by pressing the # key. The length of the
pause is determined by the pause feature. To change the pause duration:
1. Press MENU.
2. Select ADVANCED SET and press OK.
3. Select PAUSE and press OK.
4. Select your preferred pause duration and press OK.
PABX
If your phone is on a PABX, you can set the PABX number:
1. Press MENU.
2. Select ADVANCED SET and press OK.
3. Select PABX and press OK.
