Remedy
• Make sure you have set up the base phone correctly
(page 8).
• Move the cordless handset closer to the base phone.
• Make sure the telephone line cord is securely
connected to the telephone outlet.
• Make sure the battery is fully charged (page 11).
• Make sure the dialing mode is set correctly (page 10).
• Make sure the dialed number is really the one you
want to dial.
• During phone conversation, press (VOLUME)(+) on
the base phone to increase the speakerphone volume.
• Make sure that the Long Distance Saver function is set
to “ACTIVE” (page 19).
• Make sure that the registered access number is correct
and if the service provider needs any registration
beforehand.
• Set the RING switch on the cordless handset to ON.
• The battery may be weak. Charge the battery for more
than 12 hours (page 11).
• Make sure you have set up the base phone correctly

• Move the cordless handset closer to the base phone,
and confirm a dial tone is heard by pressing (TALK)
on the cordless handset.

ringer volume.
