3 Make “EDIT” flash using the Jog lever, then
press (SELECT).
The cursor flashes at the last character of the
name.
4 Lower the Jog lever to erase the characters and
enter the new name.
If you want to change only the number, skip this
step.
5 Press (SELECT).
The cursor flashes at the last digit of the phone
number.
6 Lower the Jog lever to erase the number and
enter the new number.
If you don’t want to change the number, skip
this step.
7 Press (SELECT).
You will hear a long confirmation beep and the
name and/or the number is changed.
Erasing a memory location
1 Display the name and phone number you want
to erase by doing steps 1 and 2 on page 27.
2 Press (SELECT).
3 Make “ERASE” flash using the Jog lever, then
press (SELECT).
4 Make “YES” flash using the Jog lever, then press
(SELECT).
You hear a long confirmation beep and the
memory location is erased.
